Today we played around in the gym. Bill, Aileen, and I worked on kipping pull-ups, L-sits on the paralettes (I made them!), and hand-stand push-ups.
Then Aileen and Bill did the posted workout (I did mine earlier), but they did it holding a 5# plate. Well, two of them, one for each.

Barbara came in for day 3 of Fundamentals. The woman is a natural deadlifter. I cannot wait to get her pulling some heavy s--- off the ground.
After skill work, we did a nice baseline WOD:
500m Row
40 squats
30 ab-mat sit ups
20 knee push ups, to 2ab-mat
10 pull-ups, thick black band
8:51
Solid work.
Oh, and I did *4* kipping pull ups consecutively, twice! Yea boiiiiii....
