Weighted Sit-ups, holding 12kg kettlebell, 3 sets for max reps
Bill:
B.P. 165#-170-175, all three were p.r.'s
W.S.U. 15 reps-17 reps-20 reps
Joe:
B.P. 155# (we only did one set, as it was Joe's first time benching in forever. we found his ten rep weight and stopped)
W.S.U. 30-20-20 (wow, 30! I limited him to 20 on the next two sets to save his already sore abs from destruction!)
