Most peoples' experiences with "gyms" are of large spaces with piped-in music, and crowds of people milling around waiting for the pec-deck or stair-climber to free up. This is fine for those who want it, but you will only get out of your quest for fitness as much as you put into it. We like to think that we offer more, much more, than the typical gym experience, and our pricing reflects that.
What you get for your money is personal attention from trained professionals, dietary advice which actually makes you healthier, and old-school, garage-gym training which will shock you with it's effectiveness. It isn't easy; it requires a commitment not just to work out, but to learn the art of human movement. But it works. Make no mistake, this is the real deal.
We have several membership packages.
Bronze: 10 sessions a month --- $100
Silver: 15 sessions a month --- $125
Gold: Unlimited sessions a month --- $150
For all memberships, if you pay a year in advance you will get a 10% discount. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount to police, fire-fighters, and EMS.

One-on-One Personal Training: $60 per hour, $50 per hour if you train twice a week or more.
